1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the q876 online sports betting and casino platform, accessible via the domain q876.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered user ("User", "you", "your"), and q876 ("q876", "we", "us", "our").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any gaming product or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been opened.

q876 operates under the terms of its applicable licensing regime. We do not claim to be authorised, licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to them, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. These Terms do not constitute legal advice.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. q876 strictly prohibits the creation or use of Accounts by minors. Proof of age will be required during KYC verification, and any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a minor will be suspended and all funds reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, you are not eligible to use the Platform.
3. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held within them.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or exclusion measure on the Platform or under any applicable responsible-gambling programme at the time of registration or continued use.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a director, employee, contractor or close associate of q876 or any of its software, data or gaming providers, where such affiliation creates a conflict of interest with placing bets on the Platform.

q876 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any Account where these eligibility conditions are not met, without obligation to provide detailed reasons where disclosure would compromise security or regulatory obligations.

4Account Registration & KYC

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point q876 deems necessary for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention, you may be required to complete identity verification. This process may include, but is not limited to, submission of:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Evidence of source of funds where deposits exceed applicable thresholds;
• Additional documentation as required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

q876 processes KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification are retained and processed only for identity and compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC within reasonable timescales communicated by q876 may result in account restrictions.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify q876 immediately via the support channel if you believe your Account has been compromised. q876 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

5Terms of Use

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general conditions:

• You may access the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, systematic data extraction, scraping or resale of Platform content or odds data is prohibited.
• You agree not to use automated systems, bots, scripts or software tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by q876.
• You accept that the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. q876 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and technical environment meet the minimum requirements needed to operate the Platform correctly.
• You acknowledge that odds and markets may be subject to error. q876 reserves the right to void bets settled on the basis of a manifest error in odds, market data or bet outcome calculation.
• Participation in any game or bet constitutes acceptance of the specific rules applicable to that product, which are published within the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets, casino wagers and other gaming activities conducted through the Platform:

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets are placed against odds published on the Platform at the time of acceptance. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, the agreed odds are fixed for that transaction except where a voiding condition applies. Pre-match and live (in-play) markets operate under separate rules disclosed within the sportsbook interface. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral T20 and Test series — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published within the Platform.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical game outcomes verified by the dealing process. Return-to-player (RTP) figures are disclosed at game level within the platform. q876 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any casino wager.

6.3 Void Bets. q876 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest odds errors, abandoned or postponed sporting events (subject to applicable rules), evidence of match manipulation, system errors or technical failures that materially affected the bet acceptance process.

6.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are disclosed within the sportsbook rules. q876 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or payout applicable to any individual user or market at its sole discretion.

7Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the Platform supports it, unless the User elects to transact in an alternative currency where available. The following conditions apply:

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are listed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability is subject to change. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani payment rails on this Platform are for contextual informational purposes only. q876 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment channel and does not claim that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.

7.2 Deposit Conditions. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as disclosed in the cashier at the time of deposit. q876 may apply processing fees where disclosed.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account in the User's own name and using a method previously used for deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing timeframes vary by method and are not guaranteed; q876 will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or regulatory review processes.

7.4 Anti-Money Laundering. q876 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) obligations. q876 reserves the right to request additional documentation, delay processing or report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where legally required, without prior notice to the User.

8Bonuses & Promotions

q876 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback or other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Promotions are intended for the personal use of the eligible recipient only. Abuse of promotional mechanics, including collusion, using multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of bonus structures, is prohibited.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds. Unless otherwise specified, Real Money Funds are used for wagers before Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from Bonus Funds in excess of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• All wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions and game contribution rates applicable to a Promotion will be disclosed at the point of offer. It is the User's responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting in.

9Responsible Gambling

q876 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and supporting Users who may be at risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following responsible-gambling tools, accessible through the Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the total amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set alerts or hard limits on the duration of continuous play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the User will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed by support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Cooling-Off: A shorter temporary break from gambling, available for periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, either personally or through a nominee;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform;
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance terrorism;
• Exploiting software bugs, exploits or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, arbitrage software or any tool designed to circumvent Platform controls;
• Engaging in systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other users ("bonus abuse");
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory through use of VPNs or other technical circumvention methods;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing q876 staff or other Platform users.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, odds data, software code, user interface design, game assets and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of q876 or its licensed technology and content partners. No User is granted any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of q876.

The q876 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q876 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings arising from use or inability to use the Platform;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service outages beyond q876's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any legal consequences arising from a User's decision to use the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. q876's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which q876 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution procedures prescribed by the applicable licensing authority apply.

Users acknowledge that accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction does not subject q876 to the laws of that jurisdiction except to the extent required by applicable mandatory law. Users are solely responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction of residence or access.

14Amendments

q876 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, notice will be provided to registered Users through the Platform interface or by email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where shorter notice is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
